FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

The Early Bird purchase amount is $599 until April 1, 2024. The standard registration price will start on April 2, 2024 for $699. Your registration provides access to all sessions throughout the two-day conference (keynotes, all breakout sessions, the conference reception, and meals).

Yes, you will receive a certificate for the conference sessions. The Reading League is a proud partner with ALTA and IMSLEC and will provide credits for those entities as well.

No, this year’s conference will be in-person only. 

Credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express are accepted for immediate registrations online.
Purchase orders: If you select Purchase Order as your payment option, the purchase order must be emailed to finance@thereadingleague.org and received within 30 days of the registration date. Your registration will not be finalized until a purchase order has been received. Unpaid registrations are subject to cancellation after 30 days from the registration date. 

Our refund policy is as follows:

  • Cancellations submitted by September 13, 2024, will receive a 100% refund of registration fees.
  • No refunds will be issued for cancellations submitted after September 14, 2024.
  • Refunds will be issued in the same form as the original payment when possible.
  • The Reading League does not award payment credit towards future services or events.

To cancel your registration, please visit the registration site and click already registered under the register now button. Access your account using the email address you used to register and your confirmation number, click the Cancel button, and follow the on-screen directions. Please reference the refund policy above.

We are unable to offer any discounts or free registrations. If cost is an issue, many attendees have success funding their conference experience through grant funding with their school or school district. The conference is a great opportunity to use your ESSER funds to invest in strong professional development.

Yes, we have a limited number of discounted hotel rooms with multiple hotels near the convention center. We encourage you to reserve your room early.
